I’m a New York City based IIN Certified Integrative Nutritionist & Health Coach (INHC, MS) in private practice. I'm also a certified yoga & meditation instructor.

I specialize in addressing the causes and symptoms of invisible and autoimmune illness as well inflammation-related concerns such as weight loss, low energy, poor sleep, endo/PCOS, depression, anxiety, ADD, and skin flare-ups. I believe in a personalized, holistic approach to health with heart, integrity, and curiosity. I focus on making wellbeing simple, personal, achievable, and fun!

Personal Bio: So many of our modern, everyday health issues — weight gain, low energy, depression, anxiety, skin flare ups, mood swings, etc — begin because our gut health has been compromised. I got my certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I’ve had the privilege of learning from many of the world’s leading functional medicine doctors — including Dr. Robin Berzin of Parsley Health, Dr. Andrew Weil, and Dr. Christiane Northrup, among many more. I provide an integrated health coaching approach where I apply scientifically supported modalities from nutrition, neuroscience, integrative medicine, and the yogic traditions. I also have a 200-hour certification in yoga and meditation instruction from Sky Ting Yoga.
